Just tell it what you ate in natural language and it will calculate the calories automatically.
Just say what you ate: "I had two eggs and toast for breakfast" or "pizza for lunch". ALLMA estimates the calories and adds it to your daily total.
You can tell ALLMA: "set my calories to 2000" to manually set your daily target or correct the counter.
Said something wrong? Tell ALLMA "undo last meal" or "delete the pizza" to remove entries. You can also undo multiple: "undo last 3 meals".
The calorie bar at the bottom of the chat shows your daily total in real time. Switch to the 🥗 Nutrition specialist for detailed food advice and meal planning.
Click the microphone button and say "Counter" out loud — works exactly like typing. Then just speak what you ate after each meal without touching the keyboard.
ALLMA remembers what you tell it between sessions. If you share that you're working on anxiety, or that you have a big meeting on Friday — it will remember and follow up. You don't have to repeat yourself every time.
Click the language buttons at the top to switch. ALLMA speaks English, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Chinese. You can even switch languages mid-conversation.
Click the moon/sun icon in the top right corner to switch between light and dark mode. Your preference is saved automatically.
Your conversations are private and encrypted. ALLMA doesn't share your data with anyone. You can talk openly about anything without worry.
